Welcome to your own private Disney Vacation Home! Come and stay in a cozy beautifully decorated home that is also perfectly situated near all major attractions like Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Volcano Bay and many more.

The home is furnished with two master bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. This means both rooms have their own private bathrooms for added privacy and comfort for the guests traveling with you. The King-size bedroom has it's own 40" Alexa TV.

The home has a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also, we have a kid's suite with two single beds and is equipped with a 32" TV and a mini crib that is sturdy and has a very firm and comfortable mattress for the babies in the family! The baby bed can be easily moved to another room if you want to be close to your baby.

The pool area is open and faces south which means more sunny hours during the day and more fun for your family. We also included some pool toys for your younger guests to enjoy.

Activities for the kids: We have a foosball table and a ping pong table. Also there are board games pool toys and other kids toys. The community also has a playground that you can enjoy.

This home is perfectly situated near all major parks like Disney, LegoLand, SeaWorld, Universal, Volcano Bay. With Disney parks being the closest to our vacation home.

We are also minutes away from gas stations, great and unique dining options as well as shopping.

Our Rooms: As you enter the home you will feel as if you have stepped into a luxury beach cottage as we decorated with some unique beach accents to make you feel as if you were near the ocean yet next to All the attractions.

The King Master Bedroom: Comfortable bed and a private bathroom with a big closet to fit all your vacation outfits. Also, it has a private entrance to the pool.

The Mini-Suite: This room is equipped with two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. This room is beautifully decorated and equipped with a 40" TV with Roku and an Xbox game console for children or those who are children at heart to enjoy.

Queen Room: this room is equipped with one queen bed with memory foam mattresses also made up of pressure-relieving comfort foam.

Full Size Bed: beautifully decorated and equipped just like the queen bedroom and also has a 32” TV with Roku.

Kid's Suite: We took the time to provide a comfortable stay for the younger ones too! This room is beautifully decorated and equipped with a baby crib, linens, and baby toys. In this room, you will also find a baby changing table as we thought it was an essential amenity for the little ones. We also equipped the room with a twin bed with a memory mattress made of pressure-relieving comfort foam.

Living Room: This is the common area where you and your family can gather to kick back and catch a movie in the 50" Smart TV with Roku or watch local channels on cable TV. You may also have a family game night as we have just a couple of games you can enjoy as well.

Pool heater would be turn on upon request during cold months. The fee for the pool heater is $25 a day with a minimum of two nights.

Every room is equipped with all duvets or quilts, pillows, and linens. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and essentials like Toilet tissue, Body wash, Shampoo and hand wash (one per bathroom)

Kitchen: We have provided you with the following amenities in the kitchen: Plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, knives, spatulas, serving spoons, silverware, Pots, pans with lids, mixer, Coffee maker (takes k-cups), blender, mixing bowls and baking dishes, tea kettle. Also, serving mats and hot surface holders (please use at all times when placing hot things on the counters or tables).

Other Amenities: We have provided start-up amenities such as: dish sponge, dish soap, bath gel, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. We also have cable TV and wireless internet, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All bathrooms include one towel per guest, bath gels, hand soap and hair dryer .

Kids Activities: Board games, Pool Toys, Kid friendly room with baby toys. Beautiful landscape to play outdoors. Foosball table and toss games in the garage area.

The home has two more bedrooms with one queen bed each. All linens, pillows and comforters are included.

The kids suite: This is a super cute nautical room with toys, books and a TV for the kids to enjoy. They will be so excited to be able to stay in this room.

Living Room: This is the common area where you and your family can gather to kick back and catch a movie in the 55" Smart TV with Roku or watch local channels on cable TV.

Pool Area: This home has a private heated pool that is available for use at any time. We set up a safety gate for the protection of your children. However, please supervise your children at all times. Pool heater would be turn on upon request during cold months. The cost is $25 a day, please see our FAQ section for more information.
